This easy Baked Sheet Pan Lemon Salmon gets a healthy dinner on your table in no time! This oven roasted salmon has a delicious garlic, lemon and dijon marinade.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and cover a sheet pan with foil. Add salmon and season with 1 tsp salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, herbs, and juice of half lemon. Spoon over salmon and rub tops and sides, making sure top and sides of salmon are coated. Thinly slice the remaining half of lemon and place slices on top of salmon.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the salmon is fully cooked and opaque. The salmon should be flaky when pulled apart, but not dried out. Enjoy!
