This Greek Pasta Salad is quick and easy to make and is perfect for all those summer gatherings! A light and refreshing side that easily feeds a crowd!
Cook the pasta al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to chill. Transfer pasta to a large serving bowl.
In a liquid measuring cup, whisk all vinaigrette dressing ingredients until combined.
Add cucumber, tomatoes, olives, feta, and red onion to the serving bowl. Drizzle the vinaigrette dressing on top and toss until all the salad ingredients are evenly coated.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
To save time and energy, substitute store-bought Greek vinaigrette dressing. We love Ken's Steak House Greek Simply Vinaigrette (found at our local Safeway).
