Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, add the ground pork and beef, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper. Mix with fork (or clean hands) until combined.
Using a cookie dough scoop, drop scoops of meat onto a parchment lined baking sheet pan. Roll each meatball with hands into a ball. Lightly brush olive oil on top of each meatball.
Bake meatballs at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
