There’s something about a sheet pan supper that makes dinner prep feel quick and easy. This recipe has loads of flavor and gets dinner on the table in no time flat!

Just pop it in the oven and you can have dinner on the table in less than 30 minutes! A lined baking pan with foil makes for easy cleanup.
I usually serve sauteed green beans and quinoa alongside our salmon. Enjoy!
Sheet Pan Lemon Salmon
This easy Baked Sheet Pan Lemon Salmon gets a healthy dinner on your table in no time! This oven roasted salmon has a delicious garlic, lemon and dijon marinade.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs wild-caught salmon (or 6 fillets)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- freshly cracked black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Italian herb seasoning
- 1 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and cover a sheet pan with foil. Add salmon and season with 1 tsp salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, herbs, and juice of half lemon. Spoon over salmon and rub tops and sides, making sure top and sides of salmon are coated. Thinly slice the remaining half of lemon and place slices on top of salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the salmon is fully cooked and opaque. The salmon should be flaky when pulled apart, but not dried out. Enjoy!
