I’ve said it before, but I’ll say it again. Greek food is our jam.
Olives, feta, light and lemon-y vinaigrette, hummus, and fresh veggies. We’re down for it.
Add a flavorful tzatziki sauce (I love Trader Joe’s) and dinner is all set.
These GREEK MEATBALLS are the perfect greek fix your family needs. They are made with a mix of ground pork and beef, for extra saltiness and flavor. Baked on a sheet pan (with parchment paper), these meatballs are easy to make and easy to cleanup.
