Pumpkin Spice Protein Energy Balls
One of our go-to favorite after school snacks. Protein packed with a festive fall twist using Pumpkin Pie Spice. It's the perfect on-the-go snack for busy fall sports weeknights!
Ingredients
- 3 cups quick oats
- 2 cups peanut butter (I use half PB and half almond butter)
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup honey
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. (I use a 1-inch ice cream scooper for even sized energy balls).

Notes
These can be stored in an airtight food storage container lined with wax paper in the fridge.
