I am a whipped cream fan. Rarely do I use the stuff from the can or tub, only in a pinch. With only three ingredients and zero refined sugar, I can whip this up in a hot minute and feel good about it!
Homemade Whipped Cream
With only 3 simple ingredients, you can make this sweetened Homemade Whipped Cream in minutes! Without using processed sugar, this whipped cream is the perfect topping for pies, cakes, cupcakes, crepes, and so much more!
Ingredients
- 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
- 1 tbsp real maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Using a hand mixer or stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, whip the heavy cream, maple syrup, and vanilla on medium-high speed until peaks form (about 4 minutes).
- Use immediately or cover tightly and chill in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
