Happy Monday!
The weather has turned and officially feels like fall. Actually, it’s a bit colder than I’d like, but it’s a perfect evening for a warm, cozy supper like my Beer & Cheese Sloppy Joe’s!
It’s a twist on the original, but my kids enjoy a break from the sweet and tangy version. This is savory and rich and cheesy. Yum! I serve it with a gluten-free bun to keep it GF.
